Step 1 - Login to Web Admin

Login to our secured Web Admin tool using your Id and password.  You will then have easy access to all web sites or secure file areas that you have.

Step 2 - Choose the Page to Edit

Choose the page you wish to edit from the tree on the left side of the page.

Step 3 - Make Edits

Edit the page on the right side of the screen using our simple editor.

Step 4 - Hit Save

Hit the save button - done!  The site has been updated.

Other Features

Our software has a ton of great features:

  • Automatic backups of every edit
The system stores every change made to every page - and you can restore any version with a simple button click.  There is no need to call us to recover from a backup, it is at your very fingertips.
  • WYSIWYG editing
What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) editing means that you can simply format your pages without having to know HTML.  Want a word bolded?  Highlight it and hit the B button.
  • Access from anywhere
You can login and edit your site from any computer that is connected to the internet.
  • Collaborative Support
You can have your site managed by multiple people as needed.
  • Protected Site Design
The design of your site (menus, headers, graphics) are protected from being accidentally edited.  You can edit your content without fearing that you could accidentally disrupt the site.
